September Training Event @Weston SC

Great gathering at Weston over the weekend of 6th/7th September making the most of the neap tides and the Weston SC hospitality to spend time out on water.

Saturday greeted us with 10 knots so everyone rigged up on #1 rigs. This proved to be entertaining as the wind built through to top end #1 conditions and with the wind across Southampton Water made for some excellent 3 boat tuning and plenty of corners.

There was a full debrief on Saturday night with a few beers and dancing in Winchester which combined with the efforts during the day was too much for some!

Sunday was solid #2 rig with the wind straight down Southampton Water allowing us all to show off with some great rides the full length of Southampton Water and a lot of passing onlookers impressed as we blasted past.

We look forward to the next training session on the 3rd/4th October and hope to see some of the new teams join us as we get ready for a bumper 2027!
